I wouldn't recommend them. They are not responsive and are not flexible. Fails to communicate effectively, lack of cooperation and willingness.

As a parent who wanted the most drive time for my driver i chose this program becasue they spread out the lessons over 6 mo the. I had my team drive every day everywhere all the time. With the spread out lessons that enabled the instructor to see where the student was at and where strengths, and if there were weaknesses, how to identify them. The best part about the school is they line everything up with the DMV and there is a very little required in terms of paperwork making your appointment. Driving school will allow you to cram all the lessons into one week which serves absolutely absolutely no good to the student. I hope that more parents shove their kid in the driver seat and make them drive anywhere and everywhere and use a program like this that back up that premise. the test was smooth and he passed with the perfect score.

Do no use the Way driving school. Stars are deceptive - read the comments. I am filing a complaint with the DMV as soon as I write this - there is a special page to do that on the DMV site for driving schools such as this in case anyone else has been screwed by this company. https://www.dmv.ca.gov/portal/vehicle-industry-services/occupational-licensing/driving-school-and-traffic-violator-school-complaints/ I have read all the reviews today and believe we are either dealing with a company that has no idea how to run a business or a scam! My son had his first appointment scheduled last night and they called last minute and told him there was an emergency and that WE needed to reschedule. No offer to provide a date or time and now we can't get hold of anyone. I also find out today that they cancelled the second scheduled driving lesson scheduled today for his friend after cancelling the first one. Giving them the benefit of the doubt that an emergency did happen I got on line and started reading their reviews only to find out that cancelling and making people scramble to try and reschedule appears to be standard business practice Oh and this company requests payment by PayPal so no disputing the payment. Beware! To the Way Driving School - please proactively contact all people you flaked on last minute and reschedule our appointments.

My daughter and I had a great experience with The Way Driving School. Luis and Jordan are highly skilled instructors, they are both very patient, and know how to communicate well with teenagers. My daughter felt very comfortable and confident at all times. As a parent I highly recommend The Way Driving School! Very reliable and professionals!

I can't in good conscience recommend this school to anyone. My instructor arrived 45 minutes late to my first session and announced he'd be arriving 75 minutes late to a would be 2nd session. He did not check that I had a learner's permit on me, did not teach me, a new driver, vital knowledge about looking at my mirrors and checking my left and right, etc. My instructor was silent for the vast majority of the ride. After one singular 50 minute session, I was refused a refund for the remaining 11 hours I paid for. I suspect all the glowing 5 star reviews are fake.

DO NOT GO WITH THIS DRIVING SCHOOL!! This business was disorganized and never bothered to confirm our appointment. The instructor was 35 minutes late, and in the middle of driving he actually had to stop by gas station because his gas tank was near empty. My child said the instructor was rude. We would not recommend this driving school.

This driving school was initially frustrating to deal with, but after some follow up they have been more accommodating. The communication can be sparse at times so I think the more you are able to speak with Luis about your expectations and have him explain the guidelines they are under from the DMV the better for everyone.

We are on child number 3 going through driver's training with The Way Driving School. Had a great experience with our first two children and am sure will have the same with our third child. Luis has been very responsive to my emails and was even kind enough to not charge me a late cancellation fee when I had to cancel an hour before my daughter's first lesson this time due to her having some anxiety about it and has been working with me to reschedule the lesson. Would recommend for sure!

I guess my fault for not checking the reviews if any review has more than one or two stars, it's a friend of the family I guarantee it never in my life if I ran across more incompetent and irresponsible argumentative business I called Luis in advance of my sons driving test five times he told me I had only two classes left and I kept telling him my son only had two classes left and I asked him to check his records after the fifth time I told him I was coming down to the office that day, and I wanted to see my son signature on the paper and then he told me that oh we have two people in the class with the same name why does it take five times for you to realize that when you're the owner of the business he's never answers the phone and has not spoken to me. He's probably so embarrassed from being so incompetent and arguing with me they have been a no-show or canceled at the last minute or Five times they've been a no-show with unbelievably poor communication

This program is horrible. I got the 2 hour lesson; For the first lesson, my instructor was an hour late and told me 10 minutes before my lesson was supposed to begin. Then, they told me that the 2 hour program is actually 45 mins per session. For the next session, they took forever to schedule me and when they did, they canceled 3 hours before. They won’t accept refunds either. This is absolutely unacceptable and I will not be returning or recommending this program to anyone.
